This week, I was afraid that Daim has completely lost his interest in i-LEARN Ace. Thankfully, I was proven wrong. He did one exercise this week... Well, at least he did something. He did try to call me last Wednesday. It was about one of the games on i-LEARN Ace, he could not find the item that he purchased. I did not answer the call because I did not hear my phone rang(i left it in my room) because I was having dinner with my family. Here is the conversation:
At least he still has an interest in that game. Maybe that will motivate him more.
Now for today's conversation with Daim's mom:
As expected, she answered back as short as possible... I do even know what to do with her. She seems so uninterested in helping her child grow.
And for the follow up for the phone stuff... No.
Why?
1. My parents are in the process of moving to Terengganu in about a month. Turns out that they even took my old phone back there when they were moving the stuff there.
2. One of the points that my parents told me really strikes me. If the parents really love their child they would provide them with the tools to help them grow - that includes a phone, weirdly enough(phone are now can be considered one of the essentials tools in our lives). If that is not the case, maybe the parents do not like giving their child phones when they are young.
3. I'm broke. I cannot be using my money for that. I do not have a scholarship or a job.
As I was about to publish this, this weeks blog(19 April), one of the group members reminded us that this week we don't have to post. So this is where I will stop writing for now... see you next week future me.
Hey, it is future me, or rather present me... anyway, after a few hours after I stopped writing, Daim himself message me. He was asking about the game again, he did not know how to store items in his inventory.
Here is the video:
After the conversation with Daim and his mom, Daim did do some i-LEARN Ace exercise - about 12 exercises during that weekend(I won't lie, I was quite proud of him). Maybe I was wrong about his mom. Maybe I just need to remind her more about Daim's i-LEARN Ace.
Daim did buy a lot of stuff with the in-game coin he gained from the exercise. His room is more decorated than ever!
That aside, Daim only did his exercise on the weekend, which is understandable since I did tell him to do it in his free time. I hope that he could keep this up in the future.
