Reflection - 12 APRIL 2019

Today's chat with Daim's mom:

I will be completely honest, I have no idea what to talk to Daim's parents. Daim did his i-LEARN Ace exercises, but it is only for a couple of days. Maybe my expectation of him is too high. He has school to deal with and probably lots and lots of homework. That may explain why he is always tired. Plus, he does not have any gadget to open i-LEARN Ace with... maybe I should buy him a phone. That is probably a bad idea. Maybe I could give him my old phone assuming that it is still functional. And if I can find it among my other junk. If that is the case, I probably need to talk with Daim's parent very thoroughly about this. I mean like, I know that some parents don't want their kids to have a phone when they are young. It may backfire too(the kid only play games on it).

 Also... is it even a good idea? Will they took it the wrong way? Like I know that some parents can be very...prideful? Is that the correct word? idk. Having a stranger giving their kid something that they can't give would certainly hurt their pride. Maybe I should talk to my parents first about this. Maybe they have better insight. See what their thoughts are on this(oh btw it is going to be my midterm break next week. So, I'm going home).
